Firm Bio:
The Law Firm of Dorazio & Gregor LLP was established in 2003, by the three current family partners, each with their own extensive and varied background in practicing law.  The Managing Partner, Michael Dorazio, Jr., has over 40 years of legal and business experience, ranging from forming and running his own law firm, to being the Executive Vice President of a national real estate company. Currently, he practices in the areas of complex business and real estate matters, as well as international business matters.  Partner T. Steven Gregor helped found Dorazio & Gregor LLP after coming over from a mid-sized litigation firm in San Diego, CA.  Mr. Gregor brings an extensive array of litigation experience to the firm, and in addition, practices in the areas of general business and contract matters. Michael James Dorazio, the son of Michael Dorazio, Jr., and cousin to partner T. Steven Gregor, is the third founding partner of Dorazio & Gregor LLP.  After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1995, Mr. Dorazio began practicing in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, civil litigation, and general business and real estate matters. In 2003, he helped found the firm and continues to concentrate in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, real estate and general business matters.
